Use of MoonAir.in
- Customers may browse products, check serviceability, place prepaid orders, save addresses, register warranty and request service/spares.
- Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email, pincode, address and payment details.
- MoonAir may restrict access, cancel suspicious activity or refuse abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use.
Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance until payment is verified and the order is confirmed by MoonAir.
- MoonAir may cancel or refund orders affected by pricing errors, inventory mismatch, non-serviceable pincode, duplicate payment, suspected fraud or operational impossibility.
- Order status, delivery tracking, warranty and support records may be shown in the customer profile.
Pricing and offers
- Selling price is read from MoonAir’s active D2C price book and may change without prior notice.
- MRP is displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where available from product/price data.
- Coupons, discounts and promotions apply only when validated server-side during cart/checkout repricing.
Liability and support
- MoonAir is responsible for genuine MoonAir product, order and support obligations as described in these policies.
- Payment gateways, finance providers, courier/dealer partners and communication providers may have their own terms.
- MoonAir’s liability is limited to the value of the product/order except where law requires otherwise.
